What are the expectations if you play baseball at Parma High School? What do you need to have, what do you need to do? Whether you've never played before or you've been playing since you could grip a baseball, here's where it begins.
Commit
We want you to join us. But that means you're committing. Committing to games, practices, and events. Committing to your teammates. Committing to your off-field obligations. And committing to working hard, improving, and growing as an athlete and a person.
Compete
The bar has been set. We're not happy to simply show up, get on the field for a couple of hours, and then go home. We're here to win, we're here to compete for championships, and we're here to push each other to improve each day so we can reach those goals.
Communicate
Good communication is vital to any successful program. Unable to attend a practice? Take ownership of yourself and make sure your coaches know. Don't ask a teammate to relay a message. Have a question? Find the appropriate time/space and ask it.
